Misumi Line (三角線 Misumi-sen) is a railway line in Japan operated by the Kyushu Railway Company (JR Kyushu). It runs from Uto Station in Uto Kumamoto Prefecture to Misumi Station in Uki Kumamoto Prefecture. As of 1 September 2011 the line is known as the Amakusa Misumi Line (あまくさみすみ線).
