Midlands Division – Midlands 3 East (North) is an English Rugby Union League. The league is the 8th tier of league competition in England.Midlands 3 East (North) is made up of teams from around the East Midlands of England who play home and away matches throughout a winter season. Promotion and relegation determine the makeup of the league each season.Promoted teams move up to Midlands 2 East (North). The top two teams are promoted.
