Mick Betancourt (born 1974) is an American writer and comedian who has written scripts for several television shows on major networks. Betancourt was born in Chicago and currently lives in Los Angeles. He sold his first television show to CBS Television at age 30 and has since written on Breakout KingsThe Black Donnellys Law & Order: Special Victims Unit and Detroit 187. Recently he directed his first short film which was well received at independent film festivals.
