The Miami Correctional Facility is a state prison located near Bunker Hill Indiana on the site of the Grissom Joint Air Reserve Base at West 850 South and US-31 about 11 miles north of Kokomo Indiana. It was established in 1998 and houses high- medium- and minimum-security inmates all of whom are adult males.[1] At full capacity Miami can house 3188 prisoners making it the largest facility in the state of Indiana.
