Melissa Satta (born February 7 1986 in Boston Massachusetts United States) is an Italian-American television presenter and communications expert. She spent her youth in the island of Sardinia land of origin of her parents. She was a showgirl in the Italian satirical series Striscia la notizia. Satta has appeared in Maxim magazine and was featured in the 2010 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue. Satta lives and works in Italy.
