Melissa Carmen Bulanhagui (born August 16 1990 in Philadelphia Pennsylvania) is a Filipino-American figure skater. She is the 2010 Nebelhorn Trophy bronze medalist. She represented the United States until 2011. In September 2011 she announced that she would represent the Philippines in future competitions.
