Melaina Shipwash (born May 25 1986) is an American beauty pageant titleholder who won the title of Miss Colorado 2010 and will compete in the Miss America 2011 pageant on January 15 2011 in Las Vegas. Her talent is jazz dance and she competed at Miss Colorado as Miss Colorado Springs. Her platform is Project HEAL (raising funds and awareness for eating disorder patients0 which she chose because she had anorexia nervosa in high school.
