Meesmann corneal dystrophy also Stocker-Holt dystrophy is a type of corneal dystrophy and a keratin disease.It is named for German ophthalmologist Alois Meesmann (1888-1969).It is sometimes called Meesmann-Wilke syndrome after the joint contribution of Meesmann and Wilke.
