The McHenry County K-Nines were a proposed professional baseball team expected to be based in Woodstock Illinois part of the greater Chicago metropolitan area. They were scheduled to begin play in 2012 as a member of the Frontier League which is not affiliated with Major League Baseball. Home games are planned to be played in an as-yet unnamed ballpark set to open up for 2012.
