McAlister Square is a repositioned shopping mall in Greenville South Carolina. It is a hybrid property containing a campus of Greenville Technical College.The mall opened in 1968 featuring anchor stores Ivey’s and Meyers-Arnold. A Belk-Simpson department store was added in 1974 bringing the mall to approximately 500000 square feet (46000 m2) of leasable space. A Winn-Dixie grocery store movie theater and bank branch were outparcels.
