Mbuyiseli Madlanga (born 27 March 1962) is a South African judge who was appointed to the Constitutional Court of South Africa with effect from 1 August 2013. He had previously worked as an advocate in private practise and as a judge of the Eastern Cape High Court Mthatha.Judge Madlanga was born in 1962 at Njijini village Mount Frere. He was educated at the University of Transkei (BJuris 1981) Rhodes University (LLB 1986) and the University of Notre Dame (LLM 1990).
