Mayuri Kurotsuchi (涅 マユリ Kurotsuchi Mayuri) is a fictional character in the Bleach anime and manga created by Tite Kubo. He is the Captain of the 12th Division of the Gotei 13 and the President of the Shinigami Research and Development Institute. His lieutenant is Nemu Kurotsuchi.
