Maximo de Meana y Guridi (ca. 1840 – ca. 1920) was a Spanish soldier and Mayor of Ponce Puerto Rico from 1882 to 1884.As a Spanish Army soldier Maximo de Meana y Guridi held the rank of Lt. Colonel. He was also a professional architect and is best known for having designed and built the historic Parque de Bombas firehouse in Ponce Puerto Rico in 1883 under assignment by the Spanish government.
