Max Blumfield (4 August 1922 – 20 September 2011) was an Australian rules footballer who played for South Melbourne in the Victorian Football League (VFL) during the 1940s.Blumfield from Elsternwick Amateurs debuted at South Melbourne midway through the 1943 VFL season and was a regular fixture in the side for the rest of the year.
