Maurice Mitchell Paul (born 1932) is an American lawyer and a current judge on the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida. Paul was born in Jacksonville Florida. He received his Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of Florida in 1954. He served in the United States Air Force from 1954 to 1957. After leaving the Air Force he was admitted to the University of Florida College of Law receiving his LL.B. in 1960.
