Maulana Abdul Haleem (RH) was a great Islamic scholar and spiritual person in India. He belongs to Chishti Orderand he was awarded Khilafa (Caliphate)[citation needed] by his Murshid Shah Wasiullah Allahabadi(RA).Maulana Abdul Haleem founded Madrasah Riyazul Uloom in Jaunpur District.He completed his Islamic education from a well-known madrasah Mazahirul Uloom Saharanpur.He was also a member of Majlis-e-Shura of Darul Uloom Deoband.
