Masoprocol is an antineoplastic drug used to treat skin growths caused by sun exposure. A form of nordihydroguaiaretic acid that is taken by mouth is being studied in the treatment of prostate cancer. Also called nordihydroguaiaretic acid NDGA and actinex.
