Martin Matsbo (October 4 1911 Hedemora Dalarna – September 6 2002) was a Swedish cross country skier who competed in the 1930s. He won a bronze medal in the 4 x 10 km relay at the 1936 Winter Olympics in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. He also finished 4th in the 18 km event at those same games.Matsbo has earned two 4 x 10 km relay bronze medals at the FIS Nordic World Ski Championships (1935 1938).
