Mark Winger (born November 26 1962) a former Springfield Illinois nuclear power-plant technician was convicted in 2002 of murdering his wife Donnah Winger an operating room technician and Roger Harrington (born 1967) in 1995.Winger married the former Donnah Brown (born 1963) in 1988. He is a first cousin of actor Debra Winger.
