Mark W. Delahay (1828 – May 8 1879) was a United States federal judge and an early supporter of the Republican Party. A friend of Abraham Lincoln Delahay was appointed by Lincoln to the federal bench but he resigned a decade later under threat of impeachment brought about by allegations of alcoholism.
