Mark Raymond Kennedy (born April 11 1957 Benson Minnesota) is an American businessman and Republican Party politician. Kennedy currently leads the George Washington University Graduate School of Political Management. Previously he served as a member of the United States House of Representatives from 2001 to 2007. Kennedy did not seek re-election in 2006 instead running for the U.S. Senate.
