Marion Lay OBC (born November 26 1948) is a Canadian former swimmer who competed in the 1964 Summer Olympics and in the 1968 Summer Olympics.Following the end of her competitive career Lay came out as lesbian and was a coordinator of the Pride House at the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver. She is the partner of Penny Ballem a civil servant who is currently the city manager of Vancouver.In 2012 she was made a Member of the Order of British Columbia.
