Marguerite Bertsch (born December 14 1889; died 1967) was an American screenwriter and film director who worked in the early days of film. It has been said that by the time she wrote the script for A Florida Enchantment she was one of the most powerful women working at Vitagraph. Her 1917 work How to Write for Moving Pictures: A Manual of Instruction and Information reflected and influenced the screenwriters of the era.
