Marco Antonio Loughran (born 24 March 1989) is a British swimmer from Guildford a county town in Surrey England. In high school he was awarded a swimming scholarship to The Southport School in Queensland Australia. While there Marco was known as one of the offshore boys. He is currently a student at the University of Florida where he juggles academics with a full schedule of swim training. Loughran recently competed in the 2009 World Aquatics Championships in Rome Italy.
