Marco Aurélio Mendes de Farias Mello (born July 12 1946 Rio de Janeiro) is a Brazilian judge and member of the family of the former President of Brazil Fernando Collor de Mello.In a controversial decision Marco Aurélio Mello has recently (october 2012) decided to interrupt the imprisonment of Luiz André Ferreira da Silva (aka Deco) a politician of the city of Rio de Janeiro who has been arrested for involvement with the Milícia mafia at Rio de Janeiro.
