General Manuel Bonilla Chirinos (June 7 1849 – March 21 1913) was President of Honduras from 13 April 1903 to 25 February 1907 and again from 1 February 1912 to 21 March 1913. He previously served as Vice President of Honduras from 1895 to 1899.He was born in Juticalpa Olancho Honduras. He started out as a liberal and then became a conservative and he is considered the founder of the ideas that led to the creation of the National Party of Honduras.
