The Manila Industrial and Commercial Athletic Association (MICAA) is a defunct sports association which existed from 1938 to 1981. It is best known for its basketball league for amateur players.It was first held in 1938 under the control of the Basketball Association of the Philippines with players being ordinary employees holding day jobs as the name of the league would imply.
