The Mall at University Town Center is a shopping mall under construction in Sarasota Florida and it anticipates opening on October 16 2014. Saks Fifth Avenue Macy’s and Dillard’s plan to anchor the mall; other establishments already signed up for mall space include The Cheesecake Factory Kona Grill and The Capital Grille. The compound is a traditional suburban enclosed shopping mall with two levels.
