Makimachi Misao (巻町 操) known as Misao Makimachi in the Media Blasters dub is a character from the fictional Rurouni Kenshin universe created by Nobuhiro Watsuki.Misao appears in the story after Himura Kenshin leaves Kamiya Kaoru and his friends and goes to Kyoto alone. Her voice actor is Tomo Sakurai in Japanese and her actors in English are Melodee Spevack (Sony dub) and Philece Sampler (Bang Zoom! dub).
