The Majority Coalition Caucus (MCC) is a mostly Republican caucus of the Washington State Senate formed on December 10 2012 by two Democratic senators Rodney Tom and Tim Sheldon and all twenty-three Republican senators. The MCC shifted effective control of the state senate from the Democratic caucus to the overwhelmingly Republican coalition.
