Maegan Phillips (born c. 1987) is a beauty pageant contestant from Centreville Virginia who competed in the Miss USA pageant in 2009 where she placed in the top 15. Maegan competed in the Miss Virginia Teen USA pageant from 2004–2006 placing in the semi-finals all three years. She then placed first runner-up in the 2007 and 2008 Miss Virginia USA pageants before winning the 2009 title in October 2008.Her hometown is Centreville VA. Phillips graduated from Westfield High School in 2005.
