The 1999 elections to the Madrid Assembly were the fifth elections to the Madrid Assembly the unicameral regional legislature of the autonomous community of Madrid since the Spanish transition to democracy. The elections were held on 13 June 1999 to elect the 102 members of the Assembly a decrease of one seat compared to the previous elections.Voting was on the basis of universal suffrage in a secret ballot.
