Madam-6 or 2N-dimethyl-45-methylenedioxyamphetamine is a lesser-known hallucinogenic psychedelic drug. Madam-6 was first synthesized by Alexander Shulgin. In his book PiHKAL (Phenethylamines i Have Known And Loved) the minimum dosage is listed as 280 mg and the duration unknown. Madam-6 produces few to no effects. Very little data exists about the pharmacological properties metabolism and toxicity of Madam-6.
