MacLaren Youth Correctional Facility is a correctional facility in Woodburn Oregon United States. It is administered by the Oregon Youth Authority. MacLaren incarcerates males from ages 13 to 25 who have committed crimes ranging from Assault and Sex Offenses to murder.[citation needed]One of MacLaren’s most infamous residents was Kip Kinkel who in 1998 murdered his two parents as well as two students at his Springfield Oregon high school.
