Macclesfield RUFC is a rugby union team based in the Cheshire town of Macclesfield and operates five Senior sides two Youth and ten Mini/Junior teams. The first XV known as the Blues plays in the fourth tier of club rugby union in England – National League 2 North the second XV known as the Lions plays in the Bateman BMW Premier League with the third fourth and fifth XV playing in the University of Salford League 1st 4th and 5th divisions respectively.
