Macarena Mina Garachena is a pageant titleholder was born in Coihaique Chile on October 18 1968. She is the Miss Chile titleholder for 1989 and was the official representative of Chile to the Miss Universe 1989 pageant held in Cancún México. She placed as a semifinalist in the top 10 at the pageant. The winner was Angela Visser Miss Holland.
