Lusitana paixão (Lusitanian passion) was the Portuguese entry in the Eurovision Song Contest 1991 performed in Portuguese by Dulce.The song is a ballad with Dulce singing about the fado music of her native country. She sings that on the surface this is a style of very sad music with a focus on longing and love from the past.
