Owned and managed by the EMKE Group it covers 17 acres of land with 1700000 sq ft (160000 m2) of gross leasable area. This mall is the largest shopping mall in India ahead of Phoenix Market City located in Mumbai Maharashtra. A 20-story 300-room hotel managed by JW Marriott Hotels is also located on the mall premises.
