Luis Pérez Dasmariñas was a Spanish soldier and governor of the Philippines from December 3 1593 to July 14 1596. In 1596 he sent unsuccessful expeditions to conquer Cambodia and Mindanao.Pérez Dasmariñas was a knight of the Order of Alcántara. His father Gómez Pérez Dasmariñas was governor of the Philippines from 1590 to 1593.
