Luis Fernando Macias Hernandez (born May 14 1982 in Lagos de Moreno Jalisco) is a Mexican professional cyclist. He was the champion of Mexico sub-23 time trial in 2005. Competing in the Spanish Alfus-Tedes amateur team he won in Week Aragonesa1. He returned to Mexico in 2006 to compete for the Continental team Chivas Cycling Team and a year later Tecos-Trek. In 2008 he was Mexican road champion and he won the silver medal at the Pan American Cycling Championships also in testing rout.
