Lucas Martin Matthysse (born September 27 1982 in Trelew Chubut Argentina) is an Argentine professional boxer in the Light Welterweight division and is the current WBC Inter-Continental Light Welterweight champion. Lucas is the younger brother of professional boxer Walter Matthysse. He holds notable victories over former world champions Vivian Harris DeMarcus Corley Humberto Soto and Lamont Peterson.
