Lucía Graciela Matamoros Samudio(born December 8 1984)(Ciudad de Panama) is a Panamanian model and beauty pageant queen. She was elected Miss Panamá international 2005 this gave her the opportunity to compete in the Miss International 2005 pageant was held in Koseinenkin Hall Tokyo Japan.
