Lourenz Grace Salibay Remetillo is a Filipino beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned the very first Miss Supranational Philippines 2011 by a Singaporean-based pageant organizer CTI Events World Asia Management with National Director Poh Chuan Wong. She competed at the Miss Supranational 2011 but was unplaced. The franchise was handed over to Binibining Pilipinas Charities Inc. (BPCI) the following year (2012) under Madame Stella Marquez de Araneta.
