Lourdes Verónica Arévalos Elias (born January 13 1984 in San Lorenzo) is a Paraguayan beauty queen who represented her country in the Miss Universe 2006 pageant held in Los Angeles California USA on July 23 2006. She won the title of 3rd Runner-up. In the same year she represented Paraguay in the Reina Sudamericana 2006 beauty pageant and won the title of 2nd Runner-up.
