Mary Louisa Mollie Martin (born 3 September 1865 in Newtowngore Ireland; died 24 October 1941 in Portrush Northern Ireland) was a tennis player from Ireland. She had a competitive rivalry with Lottie Dod from Great Britain.[citation needed]In 1898 she reached the final of the Wimbledon Championships but was beaten 6-4 6-4 by Charlotte Cooper.She won nine singles titles at the Irish Lawn Tennis Championships.
