Lorenzo Holzknecht (born December 12 1984) of the Sci Club Alta Valtellina is an Italian ski mountaineer.Holzknecht was born in Sondalo. He started ski mountaineering in 2001 and competed first in the same year. He became a member of the national team in 2002.
