Lombrives is a large cave located in Ornolac-Ussat-les-Bains Ariège southwestern France. It was first excavated in the late nineteenth century by Félix Régnault. Lombrives holds the record for being the largest cave in Europe and contains many rare minerals. The cave has a length of 39 kilometres (24 mi).
