Liza del Mundo (born March 8 1975) is a Filipino-American voice actress who voices Hay Lin in W.I.T.C.H and will voice Andy’s mother Laura on Maya and Miguel. She was raised in the Rancho Penasquitos area of San Diego California. In 1993 She graduated from Mt. Carmel High School where she wrote for the school newspaper and participated in student government.
