Neighbours is an Australian television soap opera that was first broadcast on 18 March 1985. The following is a list of characters that first appeared in 2011 by order of first appearance. All characters were introduced by the shows executive producer Susan Bower. The 27th season of Neighbours began airing on 11 January 2011. That same month saw Jack Finsterer join the cast as Garland Cole.
