The following is a list of characters that first appeared in the Network Ten soap opera Neighbours in 2004 by order of first appearance. They were all introduced by the show’s executive producer Ric Pellizzeri. The 20th season of Neighbours began airing on 19 January 2004. Svetlanka Ristic the mother of Liljana Bishop made her debut in February and her grandson Luka Dokich arrived later on in September.
